Después de mi viaje.

After completing a DJ journey through Europe and the United States from April to July 2024, Pope shares a mix inspired by the atmospheres he experienced along the way, selecting tracks freely as his spirit guided him.

The title, “Después de mi viaje,” means “After my journey.“

While Cumbia continues to ignite excitement worldwide, Pope felt compelled to step outside of South America, where his musical roots lie, and immerse himself in the scenes of Europe and the U.S. From April to early July, he set off on his own, hand-picking records and spinning them across various countries.

The takeaway? We are all connected. Borders don’t matter. Drop the needle on a record, and people start to dance. The global community united through Cumbia and tropical music left Pope in awe, reaffirming the boundless potential of these sounds.

This mix, a post-journey reflection, centers around Cumbia—an offering of just under an hour shaped by a bit of self-satisfaction and a lot of passion.

Let the records, which have traveled through time and across nations, carry the winds of South America to you. Interpret it as you will and let the music transport you.
